All our watches come with an extensive 7 Days Money-Back Guarantee during which you can return the watch for a refund. However, we take great care of ensure quality and craftsmanship of your Japan and Swiss brand watch. It is guaranteed to flawlessly excel in endurance and eye appeal, it is very unlikely that your watch will malfunction or fail.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, ai7i.com will pay the original shipping costs. NOTE: In no event will be responsible for return-shipping losses. will not accept any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

1.Please note that the returned product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it .

2.Please E-mail all returns request back to: ai7idotcom@gmail.com Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:

*Your order number
*Your order number
*Item(s) you want to return
*The reason you want to make a return.
*Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out

3.When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer .

4. Please be aware that returned items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts, damage due to personal misuse or negligence; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed .

5. Shipping costs and a 5% non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount .

6. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages .

7.Allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

120-Days & 6 Months Limited Warranty

Please be aware that our 120-day & 6 Months warranty covers manufacturers defects only. It does not cover the following:

1.Water damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the gold, etc.). Although certain watches (Rolexes) are water-resistant to a certain degree, we suggest keeping it away from water whenever possible, and make sure the crown is always screwed in tight so moisture does not get in.

2.Although the gold plating is very thick, we are not able to determine how you will wear the watch. Therefore the plating of the gold is not covered by the warranty Watches cannot be tampered with in any way.

3.All watch cases are installed with a tamper-proof seal. If you open up the watchcase and the seal is broken, all return policies are void for the watch. Please do not have any other jewelers work on the watch or open it up.

4. In the case when your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value .

5. Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Please email us the tracking number after you have sent out the returned product. We will be looking for the tracking number to pick up your returned product. Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.

6.Crown/stem damages are not covered. In most cases, crown/stem damages results from the customer pulling extremely hard at the stem, thus jamming the movement. However, if the crown/stem damage is due to a manufacturers' defect, we will gladly repair/replace your product.

7.Allow up to 4 weeks to receive your repair product.

8.The product is subject to final inspection before it is repaired/exchanged.

NOTE: Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than, ai7i.com will void this warranty .
